Blue Pacific Ashes at Sea is licensed by the State of California to scatter remains at sea. Additionally, our Captains are US Coast Guard Licensed Masters. 

Finally, and most importantly, the vessel is maintained in accordance with Coast Guard regulations and we are commercially insured.   Our state license is #607.
